The mining workers can only return to the urban area on weekends, and young people are unwilling to work in the mining area. At present, the mining and transportation process flow of open-pit mines mainly includes perforation, blasting, shovel loading, transportation and other links. The mining and transportation operation mainly depends on workers driving drilling rigs, electric shovels, mine cards and other mobile equipment to complete the operation. Due to the harsh working environment (high temperature, dust, etc.), the labor intensity of mining face personnel is high, the work risk is high, and it is difficult to recruit workers for mining and transportation operation. At the same time, the use of equipment depends on the experience of workers, The comprehensive utilization efficiency of equipment is also relatively low. In view of these situations, in recent years, although some transportation work of mining face operation has been solved through socialization, on the one hand, experienced workers are still required to operate high-value drilling rigs, electric shovels and other equipment on the site. On the other hand, socialization only temporarily transfers the problems, and does not fundamentally solve the safety of mining and transportation work, the "aging" of employees and the difficulty of recruitment, Therefore, the mine urgently needs new solutions.
