On November 24, 2020, Boonray Technology participated in bauma CHINA 2020 (Shanghai International Construction Machinery, Building Materials Machinery, Mining Machinery, Construction Vehicles and Equipment Expo) with the latest intelligent mining solutions. This is a comprehensive demonstration of Boonray's latest products and solutions for the mining industry.

This time, Boonray Technology's eight intelligent mine systems, M-BOX intelligent vehicle terminal and "autonomous dumping concept vehicle" designed ahead of time at booth 879 in Hall E2 are all their debuts. The eight major systems combined with the M-BOX intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal mainly take open-pit mines as the main application scenario, based on the efficient collaborative operation of cloud, vehicle, and terminals, to provide an integrated intelligent solution for unmanned scrapers to help the construction of smart mines.

The eight major systems of intelligent mines are the highlight of this exhibition. The eight systems are: automatic driving system, cloud scraper monitoring and dispatching system, vehicle automatic driving simulation system, UAV modeling system, remote control driving system, V2N vehicle networking system, V2I vehicle-road coordination system and V2E vehicle-shovel collaborative operation system. These systems have the characteristics of high precision, small error, wide compatibility and good safety, and mutual cooperation can realize the intelligent operation of "integration of heaven and earth" in mining areas.

At present, Boonray Technology's products have been successfully applied in many mines. The longest case has been operating safely for two years, and has achieved unmanned and stable operation of more than 20 vehicles. The overall transportation efficiency of the newly completed mine project has surpassed that of human-driven transport vehicles. In the future, the mine has planned to cooperate with Boonray Technology to invest nearly 100 unmanned mining dump trucks to realize unmanned transportation in the whole area.
