On January 14, the expert group completed the evaluation and acceptance of the intelligent construction of Huajian Open-pit Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia. The acceptance content includes unmanned driving system, intelligent computing integrated management and control platform, auxiliary equipment remote control system, etc. The project is supported by Boonray Technology. It only took 100 working days from winning the bid to passing the acceptance to realize the normalized unmanned group operation of no less than 5 unmanned mining trucks per group. It became the first mine to complete the acceptance among the 65 mines in the first batch of intelligent construction coal mines in Ordos. Short use time, high score, fast acceptance, strong stability. The expert group is composed of leaders and experts from the State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, Ordos Energy Bureau, China Coal Science and Technology, and China University of Mining and Technology.

The unmanned driving of Huajian Coal Mine relies on 5G network communication, and realizes the unmanned whole process of loading and unloading through the unmanned driving system + vehicle wire control system independently developed by Boonray.

Unmanned driving realizes the following functions: remote control driving, automatic driving of bicycles, centimeter-level precision positioning, perception obstacle avoidance, meeting vehicles, precise planning and decision-making, and safety assurance. During the operation of Huajian Coal Mine, Boonray's unmanned mine trucks have overcome the harsh working conditions such as bumpy roads, heavy dust, and extremely cold weather (over minus 30 degrees at night) in the mining area, and no safety production accident has occurred.

Through the coordinated dispatch of unmanned mining trucks and excavators and loaders modified by V2E and V2L, it can adapt to complex transportation such as mining and loading working surfaces, changing dumping points in dumping sites, and mixed transportation with manned mining trucks. It realizes the unmanned transportation operation in the whole scene of mining and loading-transportation-dumping open pit mines. Realize the continuous group production of day shift and night shift, effectively reduce operating costs, improve operating efficiency, and gradually increase production capacity.
