1. Master's degree or above, law major is preferred, and those with excellent work experience can relax the academic requirements appropriately;

2. More than 8 years of relevant work experience in industry legal affairs, compliance, and risk management;

3. Legal compliance work experience in large and medium-sized institutions is preferred;

4. Excellent written document writing ability, able to write rules and regulations, regulatory reports and other official documents;

5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, able to communicate efficiently with business departments and other functional departments;

6. Possess strong enthusiasm and ability to learn, and can actively and quickly learn to understand new business forms, fields and regulatory requirements;

7. Pay attention to details, be result-oriented, have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and be able to proactively provide solutions to problems;

8. Obtain professional practitioner qualification certificate.
