Using our drone integrated visible light camera along with our backend 3D modelling software, it is possible to build a 3D model of a roof in a short amount of time. This model is precise down to the centimeter scale and exports out easily as a CAD drawing, making it convenient for future engineering design works as well. This method can easily replace the highly complex traditional method of photovoltaic station design planning, while being safer and more efficient.
Our Photovoltaic Drone Inspection Diagnostic System is based on a network of drones which carry thermal infrared imaging and visible light cameras. The system is responsible for the collection of data on the status of photovoltaic module power generation, with a focus on photovoltaic stations of vast areas and uneven terrains. Using image processing technology and photovoltaic components fault detection technology, combined with photography and measurement technology, we have realized an automated system which detects dust, dirt, crack, occlusions, abnormal heat signatures etc, and relay these detections along with their accurate position and relevant information to key personnel, forming an highly efficient, automated and effective inspection and maintenance tool.
